How payment works at mavorne.com, so there are no surprises at checkout.
Accepted payment methods
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including major credit and debit cards and digital wallets. The exact options depend on your device and are listed on the payment step and in the footer of every page.
Security
All payments are processed by Shopify Payments over an encrypted (SSL) connection. Your card details go directly to the payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
When you are charged
Payment is taken in full when you place your order. You receive an order confirmation by email as soon as the payment is approved.
Currency and GST
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Where GST applies, it is included in the price shown. Shipping to Australia is free, so the total at checkout is the amount charged.
Pricing errors
If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order before dispatch and refund you in full. We will contact you first.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the payment method you used. See our Returns and Refunds Policy for timing.
