These terms apply to every visit to mavorne.com and every order placed through it. Please read them before you buy.
1. Who we are
This store is operated by DMS Ventures, trading as Mavorne, a business registered in the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce number 42038305, VAT number NL005447816B28) at Rivierenlaan 87, 1442 PC Purmerend, Netherlands. When these terms say "we", "us" or "Mavorne", they mean DMS Ventures.
2. Products and availability
We sell products for pets and other animals kept at home. We describe products and show colours as accurately as we can; screen settings can affect how colours appear. All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, withdraw products or correct errors in descriptions and prices at any time before an order is accepted.
3. Prices and GST
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Where GST applies, it is included in the price shown. Shipping to Australia is free. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order.
4. Orders and acceptance
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18, that the details you give us are accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send the shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example where we suspect fraud, where there is a pricing error or where a product is unavailable. If we cancel, we refund you in full.
5. Payment
Payment is taken in full when you place your order. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and the payment providers shown at checkout. See our Payment Policy.
6. Shipping and delivery
Delivery costs, processing times and delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns, refunds, exchanges and cancellations are described in our Returns and Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those guarantees.
9. Product use and safety
Our products are accessories for pets and are not medical or veterinary products. Use them as described, check fit and condition regularly, and supervise your pet with any new item. Follow the size guide and care instructions on each product page.
10. Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, photographs, logos and design, belongs to DMS Ventures or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use it without our written permission.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorised access to our systems, to introduce malicious code or to interfere with the site's operation.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Nothing in this clause affects your rights as an Australian consumer, including your right to rely on the Australian Consumer Law and to bring a claim in Australia.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page with its date. Orders are governed by the terms in force when the order was placed.
