Orders and shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping to any address in Australia is free, with no minimum order.
How long does delivery take?
We process orders within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery after dispatch takes an estimated 7–14 business days. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Not yet. We currently ship to Australia only.
Will I pay customs or GST on delivery?
No. Orders under A$1,000 are not subject to customs duty on arrival, and GST, where it applies, is included in the price you see.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has not been dispatched we can change or cancel it. Once dispatched, it becomes a return.
Returns and refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email us your order number to start. Faulty or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at our cost, in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
How long does a refund take?
We refund within 10 business days of receiving your return, to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
My item arrived damaged. What now?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We send a replacement or refund you in full.
Products
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page has a size guide with measurements. Measure your pet and compare, and contact us if you are between sizes.
Are the colours accurate?
We photograph products as accurately as we can, but screens vary. Ask us before ordering if a colour matters.
Do you restock sold-out products?
Popular items are restocked regularly. Sign up to our newsletter to hear when something is back.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
The methods shown at checkout: major credit and debit cards and digital wallets, processed securely by Shopify Payments.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are encrypted and handled by Shopify Payments. We never store your full card details.
