Returns and Refunds Policy

 

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

 

30-day change-of-mind returns

You can return any item for any reason within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all parts and tags included.

 

How to start a return

Email mszakelijk2@outlook.com with your order number and the reason. We reply within one business day with the return address and instructions. Do not send anything back before you have this. Send the item with a tracked service and keep proof of postage.

 

Return shipping costs

Faulty, damaged or incorrect item: we pay (prepaid label or postage refunded). Change of mind: you pay the return postage. No restocking fee.

 

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days of receiving the return, to your original payment method, for the full product price. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the credit.

 

Exchanges

Tell us in your return email which size or colour you would like; we exchange where stock allows, otherwise we refund.

 

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Contact us as soon as you notice the problem, with your order number and photos. We offer a replacement, repair or full refund at no cost to you.

 

Cancelling an order

Email us as soon as possible. Orders not yet dispatched are cancelled and refunded in full. Dispatched orders are treated as a change-of-mind return.

 

Items we cannot take back

Change-of-mind returns after 30 days, items damaged through use, and gift cards. Australian Consumer Law rights still apply to faulty goods.
